We’ve Been Building Surface Grinding Machines for 10 Years
You don’t need a machine that looks good on a brochure. You need a surface grinding machine that works in your shop. At TOP MADE, we got our start serving 500+ Chinese manufacturers, so we know what works. Every surface grinding machine comes with what you actually need — computer-controlled vertical feed, digital readout, and a magnetic plate with demagnetization. And you get real service backing it up: one-year warranty, lifetime support, and spare parts ready when you need them.
Surface Grinding Machine Lineup

It has a rigid structure and keeps a low oil temperature after long working hours.

It‘s a heavy-duty surface grinder up to 500 kg, with a digital readout and magnetic plate.
Why You Need a Surface Grinder That Stays Accurate, Shift After Shift

Oil temperature stays low even after long hours. Less thermal expansion, more stability.

Computer-controlled feed. Automatic operation. Consistent results every time.

The 2-axis display shows the exact tool position. No guessing, no errors.

Magnetic chuck with demagnetization. Wide range of accessories. Cost-effective.
Accuracy That Lasts - Not Just for the First Week
The real question isn’t how accurate a new machine is. It‘s whether it will still hold tolerance after six months of daily use. Our surface grinders use grey cast iron for the stand, base, and apron – which keeps the structure rigid. Oil temperature stays low even after long shifts, so thermal expansion doesn’t throw off your numbers. You get consistent results, day after day.

Real Service - Faster Than You Expect
You know what happens when a machine goes down. Production stops. Deadlines get tight. That‘s why we keep spare parts ready and respond in as fast as 10 minutes. One-year warranty covers you from day one, and lifetime support means we don’t disappear after the sale. We‘ve served over 500 Chinese manufacturers for ten years – we understand what shop owners actually need.
Company Capabilities

You want a machine that’s been proven. At TOP MADE, we‘ve built and delivered surface grinding machines to over 500 Chinese manufacturers. That kind of local track record means we’ve already worked through the problems that come up when running a surface grinding machine in a real shop – so you don‘t have to. You get a machine that’s been tried, tested, and improved based on actual feedback, not just design specs.
Solutions by Industry

Mold shops doing high-mix, low-volume batches need fast changeovers. Setup time eats into profitability. That‘s why you need a surface grinding machine for tool and die making that comes standard with a 2-axis digital readout and a magnetic clamping plate with demagnetization, so operators can switch between different workpieces quickly without guessing. The automatic vertical feed ensures consistent depth across every pass. And with our fast sampling service, as quick as 72 hours, mold trial cycles get shortened significantly.

Machine shops processing hydraulic components or guide rails need flatness and surface finish that repeat from one batch to the next. You need a machine built with grey cast iron stands, bases, and aprons. That’s what keeps the structure rigid and maintains accuracy over long shifts. Low oil temperature rise means thermal expansion won’t throw off your tolerances after hours of running. With a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance, you get support that lasts longer than the first payment cycle.

Customer Testimonials
Start with the size of your largest workpiece. The table needs to be longer and wider than the part. Then look at weight capacity – our machines go up to 500 kg. Think about how often you change parts. If you do a lot of different jobs, a digital readout and magnetic plate with demagnetization will save you time every day.
A surface grinder grinds flat surfaces – the workpiece moves back and forth under a straight wheel. A cylindrical grinder grinds round surfaces – the workpiece rotates while the wheel moves across it. If you need to grind shafts, pins, or bearing journals, you need a cylindrical grinder. For blocks, plates, or die sets, you need a surface grinder.
Parts that require flatness, parallel surfaces, or tight thickness control. Examples: die plates, gauge blocks, fixture bases, hydraulic valve plates, and mold parting faces. Any part that comes off a saw or mill and still needs a precision flat surface is a good candidate for surface grinding.
Keep the ways clean and oiled. Check the hydraulic oil level and change it per schedule. Clean the magnetic plate surface so it holds flat. Dress the wheel regularly. Check the spindle belt tension if it has one. Once a year, check the table travel for even movement. Most problems come from a lack of cleaning, not worn-out parts.
