We Build Slanted Bed Lathes the Way You Need Them Built
Most machine tool builders optimize for themselves – standard products, fixed schedules. We optimize for you. 10 years of listening to 500+ local shops taught us what actually breaks, what actually matters. That knowledge goes into every slanted bed CNC lathe we make. Then we back it with fast prototyping, flexible capacity, and service that answers in minutes – not days.
Slanted Bed CNC Lathe Lineup

It is an economical slanted bed lathe for high-precision machining of general parts.

It is a rigid, slanted bed lathe for high-efficiency turning of medium-to-large parts.
Features of TCK Series Slanted Bed CNC Lathe
This machine combines high rigidity, live tooling, and IT6-IT7 precision for turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in one setup.

Vibration absorption for stable heavy cutting

Milling, drilling, and tapping without a second machine

Consistent precision on every part you produce

Full machine validation before shipment
Cut Deep Without Chatter – Even on Tough Materials
Most lathes vibrate when you push them hard. Vibration kills accuracy, ruins surface finish, and wears out tools fast. Our slanted bed design solves this. The 30° monoblock casting absorbs cutting force instead of fighting it. You get deeper passes, faster metal removal, and parts that measure right the first time. No multiple passes. No rework.

Turn, Mill, Drill, Tap – All in One Setup
Every time you move a part to another machine, you lose time and introduce errors. Reloading means re-indicating, re-zeroing, and risking misalignment. Our Y-axis live tooling eliminates all that. One clamping. One operator. One quality standard. Parts come off finished – no second machine, no second setup, no second guessing.
Company Capabilities

We are a Chinese manufacturer focused entirely on slanted bed CNC lathes. For ten years, we have served over 500 local factories, learning from each one what breaks and what lasts. That is why we put every machine through 50+ quality checks and a 72-hour dynamic test before shipping. It is also why we keep spare parts in stock for ten years and respond in as fast as 10 minutes. One year free warranty. Lifetime support. No empty promises. When you buy from us, you buy direct from the maker.

Customer Testimonials
A Y-axis moves the tool post perpendicular to both X and Z axes, typically with a travel range of 50-80mm up and down from the spindle centerline. This movement allows live tools to mill off-center features such as flats, keyways, and cross holes without removing the part from the machine. For complex parts that require both turning and off-center milling, Y-axis capability eliminates secondary operations and improves accuracy by avoiding re-clamping errors.
A slanted bed CNC lathe can handle a wide range of materials, from mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to titanium, Inconel, and hardened alloys up to 45 HRC. The practical limit is usually determined by your tooling selection and spindle power rather than the bed rigidity. In fact, the slanted bed design performs better on tough materials because it absorbs cutting forces more efficiently than flat bed machines.
Request a machine acceptance test on your actual parts or a standard test piece. Many suppliers offer a 72-hour test cut service using your drawings and material. Ask for a copy of the inspection report, including roundness, straightness, and dimensional measurements. A reputable manufacturer will provide this data before you commit to purchase. Do not rely on brochures alone.
